With the continuous improvement of the requirements for enamel product quality, coating process automation and environmental protection, more and more enamel products are gradually changing from wet enameling to electro-static powder enameling, and the technical requirements and difficulty of electrostatic powder enameling for the special-shaped enamel parts are high and difficult, which hinders the development of many enamel enterprises in the direction of electrostatic powder enameling. This article focuses on how to use high-performance electrostatic enamel spraying equipment and technology to complete the electrostatic powder enameling for the special-shaped parts, and how to enhance the automation level of the enamel product enameling process and the stability of mass production.
