Application of Energy-Saving, Emission-Reduction, and Green Production Technologies in Enamel Furnaces and Drying Ovens

To enhance the thermal energy conversion efficiency of the enamel production line, reduce energy consumption, improve energy utilization, decrease emissions, save energy, lower costs, and increase benefits, TIMS introduces its latest energy-saving technology. By increasing the heat exchange area and implementing multi-stage heat exchange, the thermal energy conversion efficiency is significantly improved, and energy consumption is reduced. Additionally, the technology collects waste heat and residual heat for further exchange and reuse, minimizing heat emissions. As a result, the thermal energy conversion efficiency of the enamel production line has been increased by 30%. The exhaust gas temperature of the wet enamel drying furnace and the gas-fired enamel furnace is maintained below 100°C, while the temperature on top of the gas-fired enamel furnace does not exceed 50°C. This reduces the ambient temperature around the drying and enamel furnaces, improving the working environment for operators. Energy consumption has been reduced by over 40%, operational costs have decreased by more than 35%, and efficiency has improved by over 20%.
