Microstructure, precipitate, property and fish-scaling resistance of hot rolled enamel steel with different coiling temperature were measured. Results show that main precipitated particle in steel is nanoscale TiC. When coiling temperature decreases from 680℃ to 600℃, yield strength of steel sheet increases from 524MPa to 702MPa, average grain size of steel decreases from 4.7μm to 3.1μm, size of precipitated TiC in steel decreases from 7nm to 5nm. The corresponding fish-scaling resistance of steel, TH≥20min/mm2. TiC particles grow during baking process at 850℃. But size of TiC in steel is still less than 30nm. Smaller size of precipitated TiC, better fish-scaling resistance. Excellent property and fish-scaling resistance of hot rolled steel for enameling on both sides can be obtained by adjusting rolling process.
